CoreStep is a trading analytics and journaling platform. CoreStep allows users to connect brokerage and trading accounts, review historical trade and account data, track trading performance, and use analytical and AI features to support their own trading process.

CoreStep is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or trading platform. CoreStep does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing within the Service constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. See our Disclosures page for full risk and hypothetical performance disclosures.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must own or be authorized to access any brokerage or trading account you connect to CoreStep.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you connect a third-party brokerage or trading account (including via OAuth or credential-based login), you authorize CoreStep to access and import data from that account as permitted by the access level you grant. CoreStep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brokerage or trading platform it integrates with, except where a specific partnership is disclosed. You may disconnect any linked account at any time from within the Service.

CoreStep uses connected account data solely to display and analyze your trading history within the Service. CoreStep does not place trades, modify orders, or move funds using this access.

Certain features of CoreStep may require a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing frequency, and tier details will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at checkout.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CoreStep systems or other users' data
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
• •Misrepresent your identity or authorization to connect a broker account
• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your own trading data and third-party data), is owned by CoreStep LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

CoreStep does not provide investment, financial, trading, or tax advice. All analytics, statistics, and AI-generated content within the Service are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CORESTEP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT TRADE DATA IMPORTED FROM THIRD-PARTY BROKERS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORESTEP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY DATA, ANALYTICS, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH IT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreStep LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
